Support Policy

Veneration is always available to assist you in any queries you have. In order to provide you with the best service, we ask that you read our support policy and use the proper contact procedures to contact us.

Email Support
Venerations main priority is to answer all support tickets within 60 mins. Email support is put at the highest priority and we will answer them as soon as possible.

All requests for support should go to: support@veneration.com.au, please don't email individual staff members as it can cause delays in processing your request.

Included Technical Support
Veneration provides free support directly relating to our servers and it’s officially support features that are listed on the respected hosting pages.

Emergency Support
Our servers constantly monitoring by our NOC to ensure that they are running properly and their connections to the Internet are maintained. If a server looses connectivity to the Internet our NOC monitoring server will alert us within 5 mins of the outage. Clients can view a live server status by clicking the server status link. Resellers may get an emergency contact number given to them but this is a negotiation between each reseller.
